Cancellation Policy
African Constellations Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- Please note your booking is non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the service for unforeseen circumstances, in which we will fully refund you.
- Cancellation within one month of the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation before 1 month of the event – you can use your credit for another event within 6 months of the event that you had booked for.
- In most but not all (where there has been a selection process) cases you can send someone else to take your place.
