Ancestral Connections: Embodying Life with Tanja Meyburgh & Sian Palmer

In this advanced training you will learn to embrace deeper embodiment, creativity and ancestral wisdom in your facilitation practice

Ancestral Connections: Embodying Life

In Ancestral Connections: Embodying Life, participants encounter a profound journey into the ancestral field, using the body as a key resource to navigate the wisdom held by their ancestors on both a collective and cellular level. Through a rich blend of movement, embodiment, ritual, music, and systemic constellations, participants gently explore their relational patterns and ancestral influences within a supportive community container.
The workshop offers:
• A deep healing space to establish a clear, embodied connection with your own ancestral field.
• Movement and embodiment techniques that help align the nervous system and foster bodily wisdom.
• Practical ways to navigate life’s challenges by releasing inherited patterns through embodiment.
• Opportunities to experience joy, lightness, play, and humor within the healing process.
• Connection to the resilience, gifts, and wisdom of your ancestors to live a more vital, conscious, and connected life.
• Real-time relational healing and peer support, making the experience both powerful and joyful.
Participants are invited to say “yes” to exploring their ancestral connections as a personal development immersion, fostering both healing and expanded capacity to receive life with gratitude while building a regenerative culture. This work opens gateways for reconnection, healing, and reclaiming one’s place within a larger ancestral and communal lineage.
This embodied ancestral work supports personal growth, systemic facilitation skills, and a deeper alignment with self, community, and nature.

Tanja and Sian work with a process-oriented approach, valuing the wisdom of embodied knowledge and collective learning. Using music, movement, constellations, storytelling and ritual we are inspired by the work of Carl Jung, Joanna Macy, Anna Halprin, the early work of Bert Hellinger and Patrice Malidoma Somé among others. The training process involves both personal experience and development as well as extensive training in the theoretical map underlying the process.
