These cards have been created to deepen the understanding and daily practice of living with more awareness and deeper embodiment of the family constellations process. For both beginners and advanced practitioners of constellations, the cards are for your own experience, self-development and learning. I invite you to play with them in a way that feels meaningful and useful to you. You can draw one each day and meditate on the message, or consciously choose what feels relevant to you and your process now. Perhaps an image draws you, or a word. Just like a constellation, your unconscious may intuitively lead you to the piece that needs to be seen, or perhaps ask your ancestors to guide you to the message that is most relevant right here, right now.
