Tanja Meyburgh
Tanja is the founder and director of African Constellations, and is a highly trained and experienced professional registered with the HPCSA as a counseling psychologist. Tanja has immersed herself and specialised deeply into the Systemic and Family Constellations field since 2003, has trained hundreds of facilitators in South Africa and is the current chairperson of the Systems Constellations Association of South Africa.

Tanja’s personal and professional journey in therapy has evolved her interest in process oriented art, narrative and story-telling, wilderness experience and learning about lineage wisdom based in Southern African traditions. As well as private practice, Tanja has therapeutic and organisational consulting experience in multicultural NGO settings in South Africa, including organisations involved with HIV, trauma, political violence and addiction. She has presented and published papers and chapters both locally and internationally in these subjects, including in Francesca’s book Family Systems Constellations and other Systems Constellation Adventures (2015), Tanja’s is particularly interested in embodied practice and soul work with the people that seek her assistance, and she is committed to practising with integrity, authenticity and in a way that empowers her clients.

Francesca Mason-Boring
Francesca is an international facilitator, lecturer and teacher of Family Systems Constellation. A bi-cultural woman, enrolled member of the Western Shoshone, (a Native American tribe in the United States) she is the author of Family Systems Constellations and other Systems Constellation Adventures (2015), several other books on systems constellation, and Co-Editor of Returning to Membership in Earth Community: Systemic Constellations with Nature (2013).

Francesca has served as Intensive Faculty in the U.S., Germany, Mexico, and Australia and has been instrumental in development of Nature and Environmental Constellations, Constellation as Ceremony and Community Constellations and has incorporated applications of the universal indigenous field in constellations. Additionally, Francesca has presented workshop and lectured in South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Singapore, the Netherlands, and Canada. Advisory Board Member for the international constellations journal, The Knowing Field, (England) Francesca welcomes the powerful journey to inclusion.

Supporting her work with the invitation to All My Relations, influenced by her own tribal elders and other indigenous teachers, this facilitator encourages the support of the natural field. All My Relations acknowledges the two legged, the four-legged, the six-legged, the eight legged, and everything that swims, crawl, and flies, to honor the land and support our families in learning how to walk on the earth in a good way.

Stephan Hausner
Stephan, born in 1963, started in 1988 as a Heilpraktiker with a focus on Traditional Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and Osteopathy. Since 1993 he has used Systemic Constellations in working with health issues both individually and in groups.

Stephan has presented his work at numerous international conferences and participated as a trainer in training programs in 25 countries on 5 continents.

Together with Dr. Gunthard Weber, Stephan forms the board of SISC, an international research program about the process and effects of constellations with symptoms and illness.

Some experiences with his clients are documented in the book: Even if it costs me my life – Systemic constellation work in the field of illness and health, Gestalt Press, USA , translated into 6 languages.

He lives with his wife and 6 children in Southern Germany.
