Tanja Meyburgh
Tanja Meyburgh, founder of African Constellations, is a renowned Family and Systems Constellations trainer and supervisor for 21 years and is a regular contributor to the international conferences and publications in this field. She is known for her inclusion of land, embodiment, collective work, and inclusion of marginalised voices in her systemic work. Tanja provides a creative and experiential learning space that brings a sense of soul and spirit in a psychologically grounded way. Her interest in self-growth, personal & collective ritual and embodiment supports her to hold a broad and deep container for clients’ personal and professional process.
Barbara Hoogenboom
Barbara Hoogenboom is the co-owner, director and systemic facilitator at the Bert Hellinger Institute Netherlands. She studied Business Administration and worked over a decade in financial organizations in management positions in the Netherlands and abroad. Then she worked as independent mediator in organizational and family conflicts for 11 years until 2015, when the systemic work fully took her into service. She is constantly curious to find out what the good (systemic) reasons are that things are the way they are. Zooming out to wider systems is part of her natural way of being and doing. Always ready to be courageous ánd vulnerable. Not afraid of the harsh reality and always in service of mildness
Marion Latour
Marion Latour works at the Bert Hellinger Institute as a trainer and coach. Providing training and workshops in the field of systemic work in organizations is her specialization and passion. She enjoys working with the systemic wisdom of horses, and provides systemic workshops with horses on both personal and organizational issues of individuals and teams, in both Dutch and English. In the past 19 years she has had several leadership positions within the fire brigade and the police, combining it with her systemic knowledge since 2013. Each organization has systemic intelligence, but every organization has its own ways to discover it. She finds it a challenge to unravel that puzzle. Together with her partner and his children, they enjoy nature, our horses and other animals on their farm at an inspiring place in Drenthe.
Chandra De Vries
Chandra De Vries spent hours reading as a child, getting lost in books. She was eager to learn and curious and the drive to develop herself was there early on. After completing various programs and courses, she ended up in the Pharmacology program. She was already interested in human health, but from a different perspective. Within the Pharmacy industry, she developed from Pharmacist to Quality and Care Manager at a chain of pharmacies. She always had a sense of dynamics within teams. Colleagues always found her when they got stuck at work. From a natural current, coaching and guidance came my way. She developed into a confidant and gave team and individual coaching. She shaped her passion to guide people to a deeper connection with themselves and each other.
