The Alchemist circle is a safe space to ask questions and explore your role as family constellations or systemic work facilitator under the guidance of Tanja Meyburgh, with 23 years experience in the field. You will have an opportunity to look at yourself, your interactions with clients, and your client cases in a safe and supportive place that helps you to grow as a facilitator and also supports you to remain in a healthy and ethical relationship with your clients. Supervision/Mentoring in a group can be a wonderful experience of deepening your work and practice, as well as personal growth through looking at the intersection between your and the client’s systems.
Who is it for:
The Alchemist Circle is for Constellations and Systemic Work practitioners who have graduated from various training programs around the world, and those that are close to graduation. We will not cover basics in these sessions, but rather attend to questions that arise in practice and their related philosophy, reading and resources that you can access for these. It is for those who want to grow personally and as practitioners of systemic work in a safe, closed group that can deepen over time. After the 6 months the group can decide if they want to continue with a further commitment to this group.
When bringing a constellation to supervision for assistance it can be helpful to record:
Bring the question of the client – the wished for outcome – the genogram or facts of the system – a sketch of the initial set up – a sketch of the final set up – any healing movement or sentences that were helpful for the client. – homework if given. These things can assist the mentor in supporting you in looking at the constellation with you for which you are seeking assistance. Please note that when working in groups, it is essential not to use the client’s name or any distinguishing characteristics of the client that other group members could identify them.
