„A profound experience and a diversified and solid portfolio of methods form the basis of Svenja´s work. Fo over 20 years she has integrated various forms of constellations in her daily work as an efficient and highly effective tool to approach issues of her clients because rational analysis or conversations can provide single aspects of the problem, but never grasp the big picture. Constellations reveal the missing link.
Working with Constellations offers a process for exploring and resolving complex and sensitive situations, symptoms, behaviours and states. Constellations can be used in any setting and for nearly any issue.
A Constellation is a solution-focused systemic process to reveal patterns and simulate change. It provides a quick and simple way of drawing on the collective intelligence of a group. A Constellation reveals the hidden dynamics in certain situations – the forces that lurk ‘below the radar’ of an issue and which can repeatedly hamper personal success and progress as they occur again and again.
Svenja’s specialty is Structural Constellations, that provide a systematic framework to reproduce and lay bare a client’s system, to simulate changes, to test their consequences and to identify ways for improvement towards the client’s desired solution.
In this experiential and interactive workshop Svenja will offer some theory background as well as methods and practical applications of structural constellations based on specific issues that trainees want to explore.
Based on her vast experience Svenja runs open workshops, constellation trainings and supervises constellators nationally and internationally. With Tanja Meyburgh, she was a co-founder of Family Constellations Africa in 2003.
Her constellation education includes trainings with Gunthard Weber, Ursula Franke, Guni Leila Baxa, Stephan Hausner, Matthias Varga Von Kibéd, Insa Sparrer, Daan van Kampenhout, Jane Peterson, Judith Hemming and Malidoma Somé.
Svenja is trained and accredited in systemic family therapy and systemic coaching. Apart from that she holds a post-graduate degree in professional development (Coaching) of Middlesex University and is certified as Chartered Business Coach with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches and as Master Coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.“
