In the present we are ‘entangled’ in the lives of our ancestors’ and the hidden patterns and traumas of past events can be stuck in time. These unresolved events, experiences and entanglements from our ancestors’ continue to impact the family system into the present generation. It is important to connect with our ancestors to access their wisdom, guidance and healing to enable us to live life fully.

This Masterclass will demonstrate how to ‘Phahla” to connect with our Ancestors and welcome them into the system before a family constellation process.
