EARTH LAND Introduction (online)

August 17 @ 9:30 am - 1:30 pm

Immersion Introduction (on-line):  R450

Immersion (Towerland Wilderness, near George, South Africa in Feb 2023)
The Earth we live on is ancient.  Through centralising the land in systems constellations and phenomenological observation over the last six years, we arrived at the question: “what will it take to come into right relationship with the land?”. As human beings, we have exited a symbiotic relationship with land, and are taking more than the land has resource to give. We have lost our right relationship with the earth and the price is high.

The Earth carries memory. The footsteps of those who came before us, right back to the first people, treading on this sacred Earth, are embedded in the soil. Our ancestors, and the ancestors of all of humanity. The Earth carries this memory across time and space, with the blood and pain of displacement, of dispossession, of disregard for the archetypal need to belong. The Earth also carries memory of the fulfilment of Belonging. How can we find our rightful place, the place – inwardly and outwardly – where we belong? The place which holds us; the place where the reciprocity of care for our Home, and care for and acknowledgement of those who came before, enables us to find Home, to be at Home, in the presence of the largeness of Life.

So we acknowledge the history, we acknowledge the people, we acknowledge what has happened over time; the lack of connection with the land. The healing movement shifts from ideas of ownership and possession, to belonging, partnership, and a more interdependent relationship with the land, rather than extracting and taking without limit.  We work with the land of our birth, the lands where we live, the places our ancestors come from and the earth as a home to us all.

Please join us for an online introductory workshop to Land Constellations with no obligation to join the immersion.

Who can attend: you are welcome to attend if you are interested in land, nature, environment, belonging, or any reason that this text calls you to action.
