African Constellations requires self-organised peer groups during training and encourages inter-vision groups for graduated facilitators in line with SCASA (Systems Constellations Association of South Africa) requirements.

One on one supervision or mentoring is part of the graduation requirement, and provides an opportunity for the trainee to  explore and develop their professional experience of facilitating constellations, look at personal subjects that arise in facilitation or the therapeutic or coaching relationship, and respectfully discuss and constellate cases.

Supervision groups are also offered for trainees and facilitators to explore professional questions using Systems Constellations to understand the client-facilitator systemic dynamics.  These groups also offer continued learning, deepening of practice and international developments in the work.
